About Me
I am a licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I use a brain-based, attachment-focused approach to therapy, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), and Family Systems theory. I work with children ages 10 and up, as well as adults and couples in an individual or family setting. My specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, dually diagnosed adolescents, OCD, addictions treatment, behavioral problems/oppositional behaviors, traumatic stress (certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), phase of life issues, school anxiety/avoidance, divorce, and anger management. My approach is strengths based and systems oriented.
Services
I provide private, confidential sessions for individuals ages 10 and up, couples, and families. We will work together using a client centered approach to set goals based on personal growth and change that will work for people and their families. Individual sessions are scheduled for 45-50 minutes. Couples or family sessions may be scheduled for longer appointments.

Rates
$175Â Per 50Â minute session
$225Â For Initial Session/Evaluation
Insurance
I accept most major insurance carriers. My services may be covered by other health insurance or employee benefits plan. I accept "out of network benefits" from other insurance plans and they typically cover at least part of the cost of therapy. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: Do I have out of network insurance benefits? What is my out of network deductible and has it been met? What is the cost per therapy session?
Payment
Cash, Check or Credit are accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $60 missed session fee.
